Requirements
Unlocked or AT&T compatible phone
Your device must be unlocked or originally purchased for use on the AT&T network. Contact your current provider to unlock it if needed.
AT&T network compatible
Your phone needs to support AT&T LTE bands (Bands 2, 4, 5, 12, 14, 17, 29, 30, 66). Most phones sold in the US support these bands.
eSIM or nano SIM
We support eSIM for compatible devices and ship physical nano SIM cards. Most modern smartphones support one or both options.
Not reported lost/stolen
The device must have a clean IMEI — not blacklisted, lost, or stolen.
