Can I keep my current phone number?
Yes! When you sign up, just choose the "Port my number" option during checkout. We'll transfer your existing number from your current US carrier — whether that's Verizon, T-Mobile, AT&T prepaid, or any other provider — at no extra cost. The process usually takes a few hours.
What happens when I use all my high-speed data?
You won't be cut off. On Nest Boost and Nest Unlimited, your data speeds are simply reduced for the rest of the billing cycle once you hit your high-speed cap. No overage fees, ever. Nest Go is a Talk & Text focused plan with 50 MB of data included.
Is there really no contract?
Really. All plans are month-to-month. You can switch plans, pause, or cancel anytime from your account. No cancellation fees, no penalties, no tricks.
