What plans do you offer?
We offer three simple plans: Nest Go ($14.99/mo, 50 MB — coming soon), Nest Boost ($44.99/mo, 12 GB), and Nest Unlimited ($59.99/mo, 22 GB). All plans include unlimited nationwide calling and texting. View plans.
Are there any hidden fees?
None. The price listed is the price you pay. No activation fee, no SIM card fee, no admin charges. What you see is what you get.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime from your account dashboard. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Is there a contract or cancellation fee?
No contracts, ever. All plans are month-to-month. You can cancel anytime with no penalties or fees. We believe you should stay because you want to, not because you're locked in.
Activation & Setup
How do I activate my SIM card?
It depends on your SIM type. If you chose eSIM, your service activates instantly after checkout — just follow the on-screen instructions to download your eSIM profile. If you ordered a physical SIM, insert it into your unlocked phone once it arrives, then visit our activation page. Enter your SIM number (printed on the card) and your phone's IMEI (dial *#06#), and hit activate. Either way, it only takes a few minutes.
Can I keep my current phone number?
Yes! Port-in is done after activation through your account dashboard. Your Nest Wireless service activates with a new number first, then you can transfer your old number from your account portal. We handle the transfer from your current carrier at no cost. Porting typically takes 1–5 business days depending on your previous carrier.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping is free and takes 5-7 business days. Express shipping ($9.99) arrives in 2-3 business days. We ship nationwide across the United States.
Do you support eSIM?
Yes! If your device supports eSIM, your service activates instantly after checkout — no waiting for a SIM in the mail. We detect eSIM compatibility automatically when you enter your IMEI. We also ship physical nano SIM cards for devices that don't support eSIM.
What carriers can I port my number from?
You can port from any US carrier including Verizon, T-Mobile, AT&T prepaid, Cricket, Metro by T-Mobile, Boost Mobile, Visible, Mint Mobile, and more.
Coverage & Network
What network does Nest Wireless use?
We operate on AT&T's nationwide 4G LTE and 5G network, covering 99% of Americans. Nest Boost and Nest Unlimited include 5G access where available.
What happens when I use all my data?
You won't be cut off or charged overage fees. On Nest Boost, your speeds will be reduced to 512 Kbps for the rest of your billing cycle. On Nest Unlimited, speeds are reduced to 1 Mbps. That's still fast enough for messaging, email, and light browsing.
Do you have coverage in rural areas?
Since we use AT&T's network, our coverage extends to most populated rural areas across the United States. Use our coverage map to check your specific area. If you're in a very remote location, signal may be limited.

AT&T provides one of the largest and most reliable wireless networks in the United States, covering 99% of Americans with 4G LTE and expanding 5G coverage. By using the AT&T network, we can offer you big-carrier reliability at a fraction of the cost.
Device Compatibility
Will my phone work with Nest Wireless?
Most unlocked phones compatible with AT&T's network work with us. Use our BYOD compatibility checker to verify your specific device before ordering.
My phone is locked to a carrier. What do I do?
Contact your current carrier to request an unlock. US carriers are required to unlock devices once your contract is fulfilled or the device is paid off. The process varies by carrier — most can do it within a few days. Once unlocked, your phone will work with Nest Wireless.
Do you sell phones?
Not at this time. Nest Wireless is a BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) service. We recommend purchasing an unlocked phone from a retailer like Apple, Samsung, Amazon, or Best Buy.
Billing & Account
When am I billed?
You're billed on the same date each month, starting from your activation date. Your first charge covers the current month. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
How do I cancel my plan?
You can cancel anytime through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team. There are no cancellation fees. Your service continues until the end of your current billing period.
